Cigar of the Month Club FAQ's
It is simple to manage your Cigar of the Month Club membership here at Janus Tobak. Below outlines many of the actions like skipping a shipment, updating your card, etc. If you have additional questions you can contact us here.
1. How do I manage my account? Easy. You will need to head over to Janus Tobak and create an account if you didn't already. You log in or create an account here. Please make sure you use the email address you use to create the account is the same email you used when you placed your order.
2. How do I access my account? Once you are logged into your account (see above) then you can click on the Manage Account link, which is right above your address. See the picture below.
3. What can I manage from my account? Pretty much everything. You can update your payment method, skip a monthly shipment, change your address, cancel, and pretty much anything else you can think of.
